Ellie Wolfe served as a staff writer, an Assistant News Editor, the Managing Sports Editor, and ultimately the 2022-2023 Editor in Chief for The Student. She is from Northampton, Massachusetts and majored in history. She completed an honors thesis investigating the impact that women had on the anti-apartheid struggle in South Africa and was a student worker for the Donor Relations office on campus. In her free time, Ellie enjoys reading novels, cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, and dancing badly to ABBA songs with her friends.

In the summer of 2021, she was a reporting intern for the Lewiston Sun Journal, and in the summer of 2022, she served as an investigative reporting intern for the Maine Monitor.
